Stock Car Products Inc. paid Jerry Otto and Lynda Ann Elam $700,000 for 2.5 acres on Gemini Street in Brea for a factory to make parts for racing cars . . . Benco Development Group of Long Beach said it was demolishing the Reeves Rubber building in San Clemente to build a $7.6-million, 32,000-square-foot shopping center called Pico Pavillion . . . Hopkins Development Co. of Newport Beach paid $34 million for the 30-year-old La Mirada Mall, where the company said it will build more retail shops and construct single-family homes on an adjacent 24 acres.
