Vons Pavilions Opens Wednesday in Long Beach

A 58,654-square-foot Vons Pavilions market will open Wednesday in the Spring Street Pavilions, 5949 Spring St., Long Beach. The $6.2-million center will also contain 35,000 square feet of specialty shops.
The project was developed by the Los Angeles-based Weingart Foundation, a nonprofit organization that makes grants to charities and research groups.
Architect was Musil, Perkowitz, Ruth Inc., of Long Beach. Grubb & Ellis is the leasing agent.
