Fire Forms Toxic Cloud

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. — A chemical fire at the Advanced Laboratories plant today created a toxic chlorine cloud, injuring five firefighters and two workers and forcing four schools and about 1,800 residents to be evacuated, officials said.
