There has been an interesting ad running daily in the Los Angeles Times for the past two weeks.
A grieving Malibu resident has lost a white tabby cat and is offering the sum of $10,000 for its return.
I can’t remember ever seeing an ad (for even half that amount) for a missing husband or wife.
Could it be that tabby cats are better company?
