Verdict Against Tobacco Firm

After reading the article about the jury finding a cigarette company liable in the death of a smoker, I think we nonsmokers should turn around and sue for this settlement. After all, we have the brains to not smoke, yet, isn’t it a known fact that nonsmokers can also get lung cancer due to the smoke filling the air from smokers. It hasn’t been until recently that we are provided with smoke-free environments. What about all the smoke we have inhaled from smokers for the past 50-plus years. Aren’t we entitled to share in this award too?
