R.B. McComic Inc., a San Diego developer, said it will build a $45-million apartment complex and nursing home for the elderly as well as 240 expensive homes on 120 acres of its 550-acre property in Monarch Beach in Laguna Niguel.
The apartment complex, the 225-unit Monarch Beach Inn, will be near a 120-bed nursing home and will have another 60 units for “assisted living.”
The complex and the two subdivisions of single-family homes will all have ocean views, McComic said.
