Towne Center Project Rising

Completion is scheduled for January on the $3.8-million, 50,492-square-foot Bellflower Towne Center, a neighborhood shopping center being built at the northeast corner of Downey Avenue and Artesia Boulevard, Bellflower.
The developer is Hopkins Development Co., Newport Beach. Hughes Townsend, Newport Beach, is contractor, and the Nadel Partnership, Santa Monica, is the architect.
