City Meetings in San Gabriel

Five months have passed since the elections! San Gabriel city seems to be slowly listing!
It appears to this observer that Greg O’Sullivan, chairman of Citizens for Responsible Development, seems to be manipulating some of the council members. He seems to be orchestrating the crowds at the council meetings.
Mr. O’Sullivan, why don’t you drop out of the picture and let your elected representatives do their work?
