Robert E. Dirks has been named vice president-marketing programs for Hilton Hotels Corp., Beverly Hills. Brian D. Stevens has been named vice president-sales. Dirks previously was regional director of marketing in the southern region office in Atlanta. Stevens previously was director of sales.
