Ellman Lifts Calabasas to Volleyball Victory

Keri Ellman had 17 kills as Calabasas High defeated Santa Clara, 15-0, 15-5, 10-15, 15-2, in a Frontier League girls’ volleyball match at Santa Clara on Thursday.
Jenny Shoji had 7 service aces and teammate Shari Sakamoto added 11 digs as Calabasas, the sixth-ranked team in the Southern Section 3-A Division poll, improved its record to 8-3 overall and 5-1 in league play.
